during this performance, Amber said she had
the most fun with this one. She said it isn't very
often you get to play jazz on a stringed
instrument! The students performed
exceptionally well this evening, considering
they rehearsed together only twice - the
evening prior to the concert and the entire day
of the event. We are so extremely proud of
Amber for having the opportunity to play with
this very talented group of students. This is
Amber's third year in the FWISD All District
Orchestra. Her first year, she made 4th chair
and her second year she proudly held first
chair. She has certainly come a long way since
she began playing in the 5th grade. Way to go
Amber! We love you and are so proud of you!
